Every visitor must immediately follow the instructions given by the staff. Staff may establish additional rules when necessary for safety reasons.
Insulting, threatening or intimidating staff will not be tolerated.
Staff may ask permission to inspect visitors' clothing and bags.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the indoor pool. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area.
It is not permitted to remain unnecessarily or without a valid reason in the changing rooms or shower areas.
It is not permitted to disturb the peace or harass other visitors. Visitors who are visibly intoxicated, pose a danger or nuisance to others, disrupt public order, or are subject to a swimming pool ban will be denied access.
The use of cameras and/or video recording equipment is prohibited in the changing rooms and sanitary facilities of Zwembad de Roerdomp. Photos or videos may only be taken in and around the swimming pools with permission from staff, and only of persons who have given explicit consent.
Mobile phones may only be used outside the changing rooms and shower areas.
Changing clothes is only permitted in the designated changing rooms.
Leave the swimming pool immediately when instructed by staff. This may be necessary due to weather conditions, emergencies or other circumstances.

Every visitor must have paid the entrance fee and show proof of admission upon request.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a person aged 18 or older.
Children who do not hold Swimming Certificate A must wear flotation devices. They are only allowed access when accompanied by a person aged 18 or older who holds a swimming certificate. The accompanying adult must remain with the child at all times, both in and out of the water.
Visitors aged 14 and over must present valid identification upon request. Refusal or failure to do so may result in denial of entry.

Only experienced swimmers may use pools deeper than 1.40 metres.
Running, pushing or any other dangerous behaviour that may endanger the safety of visitors is prohibited.
Balls, inflatable mattresses, swim rings and similar items may not be used in the indoor pool unless special permission has been granted by staff.
Materials or inflatable items may not be used in the outdoor diving pool.
The use or possession of drugs is prohibited.
Keep emergency exits and escape routes clear at all times.
For your safety and ours, CCTV surveillance is in operation.
Glass objects are prohibited in and around the swimming pool.

All waste must be disposed of in the bins provided.
Swimwear is mandatory in the swimming pool. Other clothing, such as caps, T-shirts, underwear or similar garments, is not permitted unless permission has been granted by a member of staff.
Showering before entering the pools is mandatory. The use of shampoo is not permitted.

Visiting Zwembad de Roerdomp is entirely at your own risk.
Zwembad de Roerdomp is not liable for the loss of money, personal belongings or damage to property.
Visitors may be held liable for any damage caused to the property of Zwembad de Roerdomp.

Visitors who fail to follow the instructions of the pool staff will be removed from the swimming pool and issued with a swimming pool ban.
Visitors who insult, threaten or intimidate pool staff will be removed from the swimming pool and issued with a swimming pool ban.
Visitors caught entering the premises without paying the entrance fee will be removed from the swimming pool and issued with a swimming pool ban.
Visitors who are found to be intoxicated will be removed from the swimming pool and issued with a swimming pool ban.
Visitors found using or possessing drugs will be removed from the swimming pool and issued with a swimming pool ban.
Repeated violations will result in more severe sanctions.
If a criminal offence has been committed, the police will be contacted immediately.
If a visitor violates a swimming pool ban, the police will be contacted immediately and additional sanctions will be imposed.
In the event of unauthorized use of photo or video equipment, staff of Zwembad de Roerdomp may temporarily confiscate the equipment. This rule also applies to the use of mobile phones.
The management of the swimming pool, in consultation with the police and depending on the nature of the violation, will determine the appropriate sanction.
Visitors removed from the swimming pool are not entitled to a refund of the admission fee. This also applies to season passes and subscriptions.
All swimming pool bans are registered by the swimming pool and the police.
